The total site package awarded Cherokee builders with the aggressive scheduling required by the National Retail Tenants was a formidable challenge of this project. Work was completed on schedule with minimum delay even though a significant street widening and stormwater retention project was constructed in front of the development by the City of Midwest City and all the utility services from the Public utilities had to be coordinated within Cherokee Builders scope of work. This project was Award “2006 ABC Construction of Excellence” for the Sitework Division and was valued at $5.5 Million Dollars.
